Hello my dear readers. Thank you for accompanying me in every journey. Today we shall be moving from The Paranormal topic to an essential topic, which is concerned with our sleep. In today’s world, life is so hectic that a person thinks about everything but never about himself or herself unless he or she is trapped by a disease and the doctor would declare that one has to take the medicine lifelong.
Being busy is a very good thing, but getting busy at the risk of your body is not a good thing. They boast that they don’t get the time to sleep as they are too busy. This boastfulness apply till they are young and as soon as they move towards the age of 40 either they will be trapped by Insomnia or have such a sleep when they awake after every 2 hours.

What is the use of such busy-ness when you do not even get a good sleep. What you will take with you when you die. I am not asking you to become a recluse but going blindly after money or power is useless unless you have some good motive towards humanity. If every powerful and money hoarder had thought about the problem of humanity, problem would have been minimised and one could have felt heaven on this earth.
Be busy ,but divide your time in such a way that your family ,your friends, your mother father, feel that you care about them and in any problem you will stand beside them.
If you have a good sleep of 6 or 7 hours daily , you will be happy in both ways physically as well as mentally. But the question arises how to sleep soundly for 6 or 7 hours daily. You must have heard a proverb ‘Early to bed and Early to rise makes a person healthy wealthy and wise’. Everybody knows this proverb but this proverb has lost its significance in today’s hectic world. We are so much trapped by materialistic bonds that we forget about ourselves.

One thing more, getting a divine touch will make your hectic routine easier and you yourself will be able to divide your time easily . Now let us understand the key to sleep soundly.

First step- Take your dinner till 9 p.m. I mean to say that you should leave the dinner table till 9 p.m.

Second step- Do what you want till 9:30 pm. After 9:30 p.m, read Hanuman Chalisa in Hindi version or English version. Read it for 25 times. You can read any verse of holy book also for 25 times.

Third step – Reading Hanuman Chalisa or holy verse 25 times will take the time to 10: 15 p.m at maximum. Now close your eyes, sit on your bed and remain in the same position for 15 minutes.
Fourth step – Then lie down gently, you can either read any book or relax with closed eyes. Fix the alarm for 5:10 a.m. Do not open the eyes. If you don’t feel sleepy still do not open your eyes, after an hour or two you will surely sleep.
Fifth step – I have seen myself about the magical effect of 5 :10 a.m. When you will wake on 5:10 a.m, you will feel like going to sleep again. But sit on your bed for 10 minutes, again repeat Hanuman Chalisa or holy verse for 10 minutes then leave your bed.

Sixth step – Go for the walk for exactly 45 minutes. If the weather outside does not permit walking , walk indoor continuously anywhere for 45 minutes.

Seventh step – Relax for 15 minutes. You will see that the time will be approximately 6:15 a.m. Now take two glass of water in a bowl. Pour into water, 15 ml of aloe vera juice, 15 ml of Amla juice, 15 ml of Giloy juice and 15 ml of Tulsi juice. Warm It and have it while sitting somewhere. This will make your bowel movement and stomach perfect.

Eighth step – Now you can do anything for half an hour. Time will be around 7:15 a.m. Go and take your bath.

Ninth step – After having the bath, sit before your worship place.Burn the Incense stick or any perfumed thing at your worship place. Repeat Hanuman Chalisa or holy verse at your worship place for 25 times again.

Again follow the first step at night. You will see that in a month you feel energetic as well as have a good sound sleep. One thing I would like to advise that do not see the mobile after 10 p.m. You can talk but do not go for late night movie.
One more thing, on Saturday do not follow any rule given above, relax yourself, what you want to do on saturday night, is your will. Do not get up early on Sunday, relax yourself as you want. Follow the schedule again from Sunday night.
